  1. Prices
    Prices include VAT and is shown separately at the Checkout.

  2. Payment methods
    The following credit and debit cards are accepted for payment of online orders:
    Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch.

  3. When do you charge my credit/debit card?
    Once the order has been accepted payment will be deducted from your credit/debit card.

  4. How secure is my online order?  
    Secure Socket Layer
    Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

    If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer for browsing, your transactions will be fully encrypted and secure when you buy. Both Firefox and Internet Explorer are available as free downloads from the following sites:

  5. When is my online order is confirmed?
    You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts will be received within fifteen minutes.

  6. If I haven’t received an order confirmation
    Please allow up to twenty-four hours for the confirmation to be delivered before contacting us. Additionally, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

  7. Order ready for dispatch?
    You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

  8. Postage and Packing charge
    Delivery charge is £8.50 incl VAT to Mainland UK except Scottish Highlands for which there is an additional charge. For delivery to anywhere else, please contact us for a delivery quote. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in there maybe an additional charge payable for subsequent delivery.

    Delivery of all products is assumed to be made to the ground floor entrance of the building concerned and does not include negotiating stairs and lifts.

  9. When is my order sent to me?
    We will deliver your orders within7 days of processing, usually it will be less time except for Public Holidays, out of stock or circumstances beyond our control.

    Your order will be securely packaged and dispatched using a courier service or by pallet for large orders. Small orders may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.

    Deliveries will normally be on a next working day basis if the order is placed before 11am Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will usually be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, next day delivery excludes weekends. For Saturday or timed delivery, there will be an additional charge, please contact us for a quote.

  10. Out of stock items?
    If an item is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock, or refund the cost of the item to you. If you choose to receive the out of stock item separately, when it comes back in stock, there will not be an additional charge made for delivery.

  11. How do I get an invoice/receipt?
    The invoice will be sent with the goods or separately by post.

  12. Who do I contact if I’m not happy with my order

  13. Can you send me a catalogue?
    Please email or phone us 020-8896 7618 for a catalogue/price list to be sent to you.

  14. To return an item
    If an item is received damaged or broken or you are considering returning one or more items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please phone 020-8896 7618 or email info@xingxingtd.com to discuss the problem and obtain a returns number.

    Any returned goods must be sent back securely packed, unused and in original packing. Unwanted goods returned are sent back at your cost. Refunds will be made by the same way as received.
